Facebook Sued by User Over Alleged Virus

Facebook is being sued for…wait for it….wait for it…a grand total of $70.50. The only thing that tops a lawsuit for $70.50 is this response from Facebook:

"We're very interested to hear how he came up with the figure of $70.50," Facebook spokesman Barry Schnitt wrote in an e-mail to CNET News. "He's not going to get it but we promise to refund all the money he paid to use Facebook."

Wow. Surprised MySpace has never been sued for that, since they actually have crazy viruses.

This guy is lucky to get all that money back... $70.50 is a pretty random number though. If I did get a virus from Facebook (which I don't even use) I wouldn't go as far as suing the site.
