Explanation of Columns in Temp Net Files

I need to know which column will tell me when and what time a site was visited. I've tried the history folder, but the 13 yrs old may have deleted it.

In the Temporary Internet File, the last 4 columns say:

Expire Last Modified Last Accessed Last Checked

They all show a date & time, but the times are confusing to determine a TRUE last visit date.

SYSTEM: MS Win XP '02 (if this helps)

I believe you may be looking for the last accessed date.
