Default Desktop turns red, trojan?

Ive been getting problems on my pc. Every few minutes, PCsecuritylabs or something pops up and asks for me to buy their product. Also, this turns my desktop background red, which frustrates me because there is a rather attractive looking girl on there who I would rather see.

I have tried to purge this fiend by using my AVG Anti-Virus, combined with Spybot S&D. The purge destroyed some virus's and trojan's, but did not complete the task of removing all of them.

Here is the hijackthis! logfile. Could someone please help me?

Use hijackthis's delete on reboot feature and select the file msbind32.exe in the system32 folder.
Then restart and new log.

Bump.

The desktop is still red, even though I changed the wallpaper back. I dont get spyware popups anymore, but I think there is something still wrong.

from your last hijackthis log

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {53B5F2B1-94DD-43E5-8187-EB4E31F00701} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\l3acdb.dll

O2 - BHO: BndDrive BHO Class - {9815DA81-2E0C-478c-90E4-06E474E704D0} - C:\Program Files\ISM\BndDrive.dll

O2 - BHO: msscds32.msdn_hlp - {C934903B-61BE-403A-BC70-D738DAF43B8E} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\msscds32.dll

fix those, go through add & remove programs and if you don't know what something is google it to see if its malware and if so obviously remove it.

Update AVG & spybot and run a scan in safe mode.

A squared scanner might also be useful in updating and scanning in safe mode
