Computer wont boot

Need help, computer wont boot, even in safe-mode. The computer blanks and wont run. CPU usage goes to 100%, and desktop does not load up. I am putting this in the virus section because all the problems started because of a trojan, I thought i removed it, but now the computer will not run.

Thanks for your help, I some how managed to get the computer to boot.

Which steps did you make to remove the virus, are you presently running a protective software.
