There is not hard time. We just won't listen because you're one of "those" who aren't with the program. There isn't a problem about George Orwell, you agreed to the program spying on you when you use it. There is no totalitarianism here, it's just that your ignorant and think you are better than others. You don't have to act tough or old, there is no point. It may seem you know how life works, but you don't. You may think it's invasion of piracy but it isn't, you agreed to it, willingly or unwillingly. It may seem that you have your rights violated but that's not it. Don't try to get the Animal Farm point across because our government just isn't doing that. You're doing something illegal, and you just got caught doing it. That's all.

Give me a break. Another one of these stupid Big Brother arguements. Get over it already. Guess what? XP and Vista both monitor you as well. So why worry about this 1 application when jsut about every app does it?

So what? Really i mean it. So what? It is your fault for getting caught not ours. We take the measures to stop ourselves from getting caught. Again i raise my point so what?

Seriously i can see what some people in the UK and that are getting ****ed at Americans. I mean seriously. First we are trying to take control of hte internet and govern it. Now everytime we get a little paranoid we go off on these "Big Brother" rants...Get over it already.

The govt has more inofrmation on you than you or I will ever know. They have more secrets and know more about us than we do. Stop being so freaking paranoid.

"Ohh big brother shouldnt have the right to watch over us!!" If that was the case then we would be a even bigger target for Terrorists attacks. If you dont like it leave!!! No one is forcing you to stay. I mean seriously. Isnt there more things like who will run the USA next, Health Care or anything that is more important than this stupid paranoia of being watched.

If you are so paranoid...

Turn off your PC. Unplug everything from the back. Return to sender. Cancel your internet and buy yoru media instead of steal it. Problem solved. No more worries about being wathced.

OK I got the message.
I’ll just let you guys chat among yourself about what you all agree on.
As peterhuang913 put it: “We just won't listen because you're one of "those" who aren't with the program.”
Which, by the way, sounds very Orwellian to me

Also, why is this under viruses?

It has ntohing to do with what we agree on. It has nothing to do with feeling superior or anything like that. Plain and simple this stuff is getting old. Stop being so paranoid about "Someone looking over my shoulder with every move i make"...

If you are scared about it fine. There are plenty of places that will gladly share your paranoia. Simply it is just that. There is no Big Brother watching every move you make. No one sitting in a room listening to the bugs planted in your house. No big secret service dedicated to spy on every Internet user in America.

Next thing we know we will be complaining about bug implants in our arms...

It is under Virus - Spyware Protection / Detection
As you know, Spyware is software that secretly monitors the user's behavior, and can collect various types of personal information.

Because I thought people here were interested in discussing "software that secretly monitors the user's behavior, and can collect various types of personal information."

Are you talking about all software? Seems like that to me.
