Default can't delete program

During one of my nights of insomniac summer boredom, I was looking for free games to play. I stumbled upon something called "Penguin Panic", which is pretty much the same as the old Mario games. It wasn't as interesting as I expected, and I want to delete it. [That's what I usually do, whether they are free trials or not- I just uninstall and delete when I'm done with them]. I can't get rid of it through Contol Panel-Add/Remove Programs because it gives this message: "Could not open INSTALL.LOG file". I hunted down the folder it was saved to, and tried to run [what i think is] the uninstall program named "VVSNInst". Underneath the title, in lighter colored font it says "UInstall Application. WhenU.com, Inc". It doesn't do anything. No window appears, no message, no program.

Is there any way to get rid of this? I guess the last resort is just manually deleting everything in that file, but I accidently did that before with something else and then the file never got out of the Add/Remove Programs. Plus, sometimes you get that error message that a program is in use so it can't be deleted.

If a hijackthis log is needed, please let me know and I will add one.

I'm not 100% positive this is posted in the right place, but I hope so. Thanks in advance!!

please do that WhenU is a big time adware company

please download adware and spybot in my sig below install them and update them

run adaware reboot

then run spybot

reboot

Please do this. Click here to download Hijack This. Save it to it’s own folder (not temporary files or the desktop). Close all open windows and open HIJACK THIS. Click “Scan” . When the scan is finished (it only takes a second), the scan button will change to“Save Log”. Click on“Save Log” and save it to NotePad. Copy the entire log and paste it here. DO NOT FIX ANYTHING YET , most items that appear in the log are harmless or even needed. Wait for someone to analyze the scan and advise

I would manually delete the files in the folder, then usually when you try to uninstall it in add/remove, it will remove it, but sometimes it wont.
