| I went to the AVG website and filled in the request form. The AVG website said that it would send an e-mail to me so that I could download the free antivirus program. So, the e-mail comes to me and the link brings me back to the original AVG website where I first requested the download! In other words, an endless loop! Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help. |

| ADZ, that's the same link that I've been trying. I did it again anyway and it's the same ole thing; an endless loop. Has anyone downloaded this in the last several days? If so, how did you do it? I can't seem to get past filling out the AVG website form and getting their e-mail. Their email link just sends me back to their form and the cycle continues. |

| Admin | I've downloaded it this past week, and also today. Just in case, I deleted my cookies and the links still let me download a copy. I'm baffled that you can't download it at all. Have you contacted them about the download? If so, what do they say? Dave ![]()

Let me try to get all of this straight. First, I go to this site:http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php and scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Download AVG Free Addition." Next, I'll agree to the terms and then page 3 will ask me for my name and valid e-mail address, right? I enter that info and go and then it says, "An email message will be sent to your email address dannyual767@cox.net with the link for downloading. After performing the download, you will receive a second email message with your serial number. " If I go and check my e-mail, there will be an AVG link but, that link is nothing but the same thing that I just filled out ! There is no download button. It takes me right back through the exercise that I just went through! This is the url that was just sent to me again: http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php . This is the exact same thing as above. There is no download button! This is so aggravating ! | |
