Default Can any Windows browsers run off a cd?

I run only Linux at home. Our admin in the office has put a password on a co-worker's Windows 2000 IE. I was wondering if I could install Mozilla to a CD and run it that way to get around her browser lock down?? Or does someone make an iso cd that runs a browser?
