Hey guys I'm new on here :laughing: I have an issue with one of my PC's, I have Bloodhound runnin rampant on my system came in on an email... Nortons scaned it told me it was there... asked me if I wanted to clean it... I did.
Then opened up the file all **** broke lose!!! Now my system appears normal but I cannot execute any of my desktop Icons or programs on my PC. This now means im screwed and cannot look for a solution on my system any Ideas how I can get rid of this and get my PC back?

Firstly, uninstall Norton and install AVG. Are you able to run thru my guide? If so go thru it and post a hijackthis log in the analyze section

Hello,

Just a quick question. If Norton told you that the email was infected why would you open it anyways? That warning should have been your first sign to get it off your system as fast as possible.

But do what Osiris said. Go thru the guide if you can.
