Default Best Defrag For Gaming PC

Which one is it? I am currently using O&O - should I switch for a gamer's optimised defragger?

There is no difference between a Defrag software and a "Gmares" Defrag software. They all do the same thing. There is no difference between O&O and one that says it is specifically for gaming. They will both do the same exact thing. There isnt much more you can do with Defrag other than move the data together that shoudl be together. Which a defrag does anyways.

I attached a screenshot of the different types of defrag-modes O&O does - which one would be of more use to a mutlimedia type person?
