Default Best AV and Firewall

I was using Norton SystemWorks but was sick of it taking up a lot of resources so i unistalled it.
I am currently using Kaspersky. My mate says its very good and is very light on resources.
I am also using the Windows firewall at the moment.

My question is what do you guys think is the best AV and Firewall out there?

I run AVG, and sometimes Norton, and I use Zonealarm for my wall, but i never run into viruses so unless theres a bunch of attacks going around or i start downloading a bunch of crap, i normally don't run antivirus software.

We're using Zonealarm Pro, and our ISP acts as an antivirus in and out as their virus defs are updated in real time. So far no problems... touch wood!
