Hello all,

I am home for the weekend and I am using my mothers computer. I noticed that occasionally when I type in an address into the address bar, I often get redirected to a site with ".net" on the end. For example, I would type "www.google.com" and I would get redirected to "www.google.com.net" I would then type the address again and I would go to google.com like I should. I only know that this happens with Firefox 2, I don't use IE7 enough for me to know if it is exclusive to Firefox or not.

My mother has up to date Symantec antivirus as well as a routine Spybot cleanup that I installed to protect her, but they have not found anything. I was wondering what I should do to stop this.
