| Re: Your Favorite Firefox Extensions Vista? What Vista? I run XP. That's WindowBlinds that gives it that appearance. I am running the "Black Vista v3" blind in that screenie (still running it now, too).
I like my customization. The red cursor is courtesy of CursorFX, the "Crystal Corsors" set by J.J.Ying. I also use ObjectDock for my desktop... I have no icons whatsoever on my screen. |

| Re: Your Favorite Firefox Extensions All the looks, none of the bother. It works for me. Plus, with WB, I can change my theme to one of literally hundreds of other themes. I've got about 25 or so on my computer. |

| Re: Your Favorite Firefox Extensions Well I went ahead and tried Adblock again. Just like before it screws up some pages. So annoying! Not to bad though as I can just turn it off when I am on that page. But for instance go to buy.com and look at the page when adblock is on.

| Re: Your Favorite Firefox Extensions Looks the same as it always has to me. I have used Adblock longer than I have gone to buy.com. |

| Re: Your Favorite Firefox Extensions You do realized that you can allow specific sites thru the AdBlock Extension while leavign it on for others right?
So you can get to sites like Buy.com and have it look right and still block ads.
Yeah Buy.com is broken. But that just shows you how bad the coding of the site is when they have that many links broken cause they are picked up by a simple ad blocker.

| Re: Your Favorite Firefox Extensions I see maybe I will add that site then. So does Adblocker just make adds not visible or does it do more then that?

| Re: Your Favorite Firefox Extensions It blocks the ads in its block list. if you use an outside list, it blocks all of them on it, too.
Couple it with NoScript, SiteAdvisor, and Flashblock and you are pretty set for safe surfing. |

| Re: Your Favorite Firefox Extensions I use AdBlock, AdBlock Filter G and AdBlock Elemental Component blocker along with NoScript and Flashblock. Stops everything. Except what i want it to. I just add those things to the exception list and boom. Good to go.
