It will be quite nice, but I'm not sure of the prices. I'm fairly sure they said it was $75/mo for that service, or I could get half the speed for $30. Full fiber-optics to the home is available where I'm at, but I'm not sure if it is available for an apartment complex.

^My entire apartment complex is wired for full fiber to the "apartment" via Verizon.

Where did you run that speedtest at with the huge upload speed? I only ever see those kind of levels at like Universities and things like that so I'm not sure how you could manage those speeds via residential. Verizon's top residential package is like 50/50 up/down I think, or perhaps it is 100/100 now. I have 25mb/15mb and it's $60 a month.

My ISP is actually an ISP backbone, which is why I can get such good speeds.
