Default Trying to watch videos..

Hello,

So i'm having a problem watching videos on a Japanese website. I do study Japanese, so I want to watch these. The error message says that I can't view the content because I'm not a resident of Japan. I'm just wondering if I could change anything to view these videos. No, they are not bad It's just videos of interviews with famous Japanese people. Also, is it doing this by checking my IP address and seeing that it isn't a Japanese IP?

One more thing. Sometimes it will say the error as above, but sometimes it will say another one. The videos work with Windows Media Player, so to watch them online, you have to have Windows Media Player installed. Sometimes it says that I do not have the license to view this. Is there any way I could download this license? I do not understand completely what "license" is referring to. It's just a file, right? I notice you can "Back up" your licenses before aquiring a new one. Would it also work if I got certain files in their Windows Media Player folder from someone in Japan who has watched these videos?

Appreciate any help,
Thanks
