Tor issues

For some reason, Tor has no support forums...anywhere. I can understand the reasons behind that; forums are time consuming, they're responsible for whatever someone posts, they don't necessarily want to extend their product to noobs, etc.
Actually the documentation is very incomplete as well, which is why I'm here.

Running portable tor, bundled with privoxy and vidalia from a flashdrive (tested on harddrive, same issues arise). I'm behind a proxy with a "fascist firewall" (fascist firewall is enabled). I was successful in making privoxy forward through my local proxy (forward / localproxyip). I was able to run kmeleon through tor (the whole localhost proxy at port 8118), and it surfs the internet.

HOWEVER

I'm still browsing through the local proxy! A very messed up route...I looked at the network viewer in vidalia, and there are no servers. go figure. The message log says something about not being able to complete the circuits (log below). What exactly isnt working, and what do i need to do to get it to work? I cannot change anything about the proxy, so this is limited to changing configurations.
