| No you need to have .NET 2.0 and above installed. With the Service packs. They are not a installer. It is just a executable that runs in your taskbar. |

| The FF Optimizer is a ZIP-archive with a regular executable file, that is right, but it runs in the system tray, it is a part of the task bar. As for me, I did not see any difference. FF is still slow for me. |
