A question about Login and Logout field

I've a card called DVR(Digital Video Recorder), that is used to record your cameras video for security purpose. And with this DVR you can see your cameras all over the world with internet.
Just give your IP in the IE address bar, and the applet open and give user name and password, and see your camera.

Problem is that, in IE it's working well, user name and password field appear for authentication.
But when I give IP address in Netscape, applet is opened but user name and passowrd field is no appear.

what is the reason to cause for user name and password field not appearing.

any one who give me suggestion to solve my this problem.
