| Newb Techie | A few days ago, I downloaded something in order to get into a site....and I wasn't paying much attention and thought it was some program to view the page, but it was some sort of pop up ad thing. I've tried ad-aware, spybot, and virus scanning. My virus scanner picked up like 15 things, but it would only let me delete some and only gave me the option to exclude others. So now im getting a good bit of pop up ads and on websites, certain text words such as 'love' are turned into links that lead to a pop up ads when clicked....help! |

| Master Techie | go to http://housecall.antivirus.com and run a online virus scan. Make sure that you have spybot and adaware up to date with the latest definitions if all of that doesnt work, download Hi-Jack-This and post the log on here so we can look at it.
