Question Making a web page available offline

I'm having trouble making a web page available offline in Internet Explorer 7. I add it to My Favourites, but there is no option to make it available offline.

How do I make a web page available offline?

To make a Web page available ofline, just use Opera browser

go to file--> Save as--> type a name you want and save as a web archive.
That's how I used to save the webpages with images and flash (if already downloaded) before setting up dsl.

The option should appear when you press the "more options" button in the lower left hand side of the add bookmark window.

Did you find a solution to this issue? I have the same problem and would appreciate any suggestions.
