LAUNCH: Music Video Player Help

I couldn't find a solution on the yahoo site so i ended up here. hope someone can help me. Whenever i click on music video at www.launch.com it opens and it should connect but all it says is opening. it works on my buddy's computer, but not mine. wut da heck is da problem?

Firewall properties? It's a setting on your computer. I never been to launch.com, but it may use realtime (is that the name?) which is probably located at www.realtime.com
