IfYouHaveToAsk

Default Internet Explorer Script Error

Hi,

i have a strange problem with internet explorer, on 2 out of 3 users on Windows XP Home Edition, IE7 is fine. On the 3rd account, there is always a warning triangle in the bottom left which says "error on this page". Moreover, whenever I try and find text on the page (using ctrl+f or from the menu), i get a blank box with "script error" in the title bar and the choice to continue running scripts on the page. If I press yes or no (the 2 options), nothing happens and the error box stays there. The only way to resume browsing is to close IE from the taskbar.

I am 99% sure this isnt to do with malicious software and i've run spyware and anti-virus scans recently with nothing being detected.

Any help would be welcome.
