| Hello, Hoping someone can help. Whenever I go to any page that involves logins/accounts, etc., I get a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" page in IE. For example, if I want to log into to see how many minutes I have on my cell phone account, I go to phone cpmany home page, put my username/password, and when I submit it takes me to the "Page Cannot..." Or when I go to visa for example, and click on the "logon to your account" button to take to me to the actual sign-in page, I get the same thing. Any ideas? I have not made any recent changes, other than pop-up controls. Any ideas on what IE settings I should change?! I haven't changed anything in Internet Otopins/Tools, so not sure why this is happening suddenly! Thanks! Please do not cross post the same message to other forums. Thanks!=====MicroBell |

| I don't know wether or not you are using a firewall... but could be the firewall is blocking the connection of those verifications with your computer... Next to this the pop-up killer can give problems. First try to disable that one. And if you have a firewall also disable it. If that doesn't work you can always use sites like Microsoft support: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx Also your registry key could be damaged http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=259537 Also: When you try to gain access to a security-enhanced Web site, you may receive the following error message: The page cannot be displayed Solution: Quit Internet Explorer (if it is running). Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Internet Options. Click the Advanced tab. Scroll down to the Security section. Clear the Use PCT 1.0 selection. Clear the Use TLS 1.0 selection. Click OK. Just some thoughts |
