| Internet Explorer 8 what would be causing it to take so long to load my yahoo.ca homepage with IE 8? hope I'm posting in the right place if not sorry can you please help me |

| Re: Internet Explorer 8 Have you run spyware, virus and malware checks? Have you tried IE in Safe Mode with no addons running? Is it just this page that it does this with or all pages?

Is it just this page that it does this with or all pages? | it is only my homepage that is slow I count 10 seconds for it to open I do spyware scans everyday along with AVG scans, how do you set up safe mode for IE 8? |

| Re: Internet Explorer 8 I would wager to guess that it is just taking that long for IE to load. Start IE and then wait for it to fully load. Then try to load the yahoo.ca page. I bet you it loads just fine then.
The lag you are seeing is from IE just trying to start up.

| Re: Internet Explorer 8 Admin hope that isn,t your real picture! listen I can,t get the colour to look like Internet Explorer actually there is too much colour I got the fonts right but not the colour does the colour suppose to be different than Internet Explorer is? too much colour with firefox |

What do you mean color to look like IE? Take a screen shot with the PrntScn key and then open Paint and Paste that in there. Then save it as a JPEG file and upload it to ImageShack or Photobucket and use teh IMG Tags and post them here. So we can see what you are trying to describe.
