Hacked by Comaat Group

Has anyone seen websites that display the message that they have been Hacked by the Comaat Group? Has anyone heard of the Comaat Group before or know anything about them? I included an image of what the webpage displays when they have been hacked.

I think it is webhosting. You have to remember that "hack" isn't really anything malicious, whereas "cracking" is.
