My system is running Vista Home, FireFox 3.03 w/IE tab option.

After playing a CNN Video and "trying" to play another one, the video screen goes blank then eventually shows an error message " GENERAL ERROR ".

There is no references showing what the error code means or how/where to fix the problem.

The 1st video I play on CNN always plays flawlessly. It's when I go to play another that this issue appears.

What do I need to do to correct this issue ?

Yes Sir.

Still getting this Error Code with the latest Update of Firefox 3.04

This ONLY happens on CNN Videos.

Ideas ??

Could just be a issue with the browser and that site. Have you tried a different browser?

Yes, I also use (on occasion) IE 7.

I "had" an Video issue with IE 7, but I stopped filtering the Pop-up ads. I did this by Right-Clicking and there was an Option...."Stop Filtering this Site". CNN Videos started working in IE 7 directly afterwards.

I have yet to find out how to Stop Filtering in Firefox 3.05. Yes, I did go through, Tools-->Options-->Content and Added CNN.com to the EXCEPTIONS list under the Block Pop-Up windows option.

Please Advise.
