| when i first open firefox it uses around 40MB, then after 5 minutes of surfing it's up to 300MB and 10 minutes after that it'll be using 500MB of memory. i don't know what the problem is. here's a screen shot i took. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...Untitled-1.png i've been using this firefox session for about an hour now, it's really chugging. i doubled checked with Everest to make sure the task manager wasn't lying to me. i'm using the most recent version of firefox and i don't have a lot of add-ons or extentions. i dont go to sites that's crammed full of flash ads and javascripts. most of the time i just use firefox for forums, emails, blogging, tech news, podcasts, music, flickr, etc. it's almost like firefox keeps adding new data to memory when i do something but never gets rid of any data, unless i restart the browser. anyone know a fix for this? extra info: azerty 1 theme for firefox add-ons: see image above windows xp pro SP2 core 2 duo 2.2Ghz 2GB ddr2 667 memory 8600GT 256mb |

| Mak beat me to it. Awesome little doo-dad, that is. I'm running 35 extensions, and vary from 400K to 900K.

| My FF never used that much... but I tweak mine a bit. The FUO is just icing on the cake.
