i ve notticed that somehow my right click menu is really crippled
soemtimes it works right randomly
most of the times it cant sense whether i select a text or click on a link or picture
so say i select plain text it treats it as a hyperlink or might give me the full menu with scroll button at other times it gives me the copy/paste options

i cant figure out what caused it

try reinstalling firefox and see if that helps
