anyone know why it takes so long for the DSL company to setup the service at your house? i was hoping it would take 1 or 2 days 6days is alot or at least for me.

Usually anywhere from 3-5 days at the quickest. Once the equipment arrives, the modem can be plugged in and usually the service will be active (even before the due date). Most people have it set up within a week from ordering.

well i hope its up before the due date i should be getting the modem and stuff sometime this week. although it says on an emain not to install the software till the due date cuz their systems won't be ready
