Downloads dont work

I download an .exe file from mozilla and i double click it and it wont run, i right click and click run as and choose my user account (only 1 acc on my pc) and then this error occurs

I change temp folder to un-read only but it didn't help. Any ideaS?

It's not a browser error, but a Windows error. What version of Windows are you running?

just try to repair windows which will take about 10mins n you will see if it is windows or firefox have u tired it in IE
