|  download meter question Hello, I have a download meter that came with a tweakmaster program. When I was viewing a video stream on wmp it sayed it was playing at 248/kbs and the download meter was reading about 548/kbs. Why would there be such a difference in the two readings? Thanks. |

| 248 k/s is what the video was encoded at.
