search google for "you are an idiot" there is a nice one that when someone tries to close it , it just continues to multiply. Address changes often enough, so im not sure what it is off the top of my head, but it will crash ie unless you go into taskmanager and close the iexplore.exe proccess.

There are several sites that do something similar. All are a real pain!

I'm like Gido, why would one want to go there?

I guess to test how good your popup stopper is, after all it would be a good test of it, as long as it doesn't harm your system; kind of like those website that test your antivirus inserting a virus into your system and test your firewall by trying to access your system without being blocked. I must say that its a better alternative to test your security software then the real thing. Of course these websites can have a file to uninstall the program just in case you have a problem doing it yourself. In that way these sites could be very helpful as diagnostic tools. Otherwise though, I don't see why you would want to crash your system. Perhaps someone can enlighten me.
