Unhappy Clicking Sounds

My browser keeps making clicking sounds ever since I have updated it.

It is Internet Explorer 7

Anybody ever heard this and do you know how I can make it stop....lol

switch to firefox

My computer uses 1.5A-load, .8A-idle, .65A-standby, .05A-turned off on 125V.
