| Thanks Trotter. Would have never guessed to click the Star. I have nto see the Google updater running yet. Will have to keep a eye on that. But i figured there would be a catch to seeing more Google ads in teh browser. Why else create this browser without the intent to make more of their own ads viewable.

| Yeah only if you could add some firefox extensions, that would top it off. Has some really nice features and very light weight. Just need a net usage meter on it or the desktop. Last edited by enigm@tic; 09-02-2008 at 10:35 PM. |

| Well this is based on Safari so there will not be that option. But it does work with Google Gears. Gears So you imght be able to do something with that.

| I still highly doubt that it will support extensions. It is not based on Gecko which all those extensions are used for. You would have to find Safari based extensions to use with it. 2 different rendering engines. Just like trying to use a Firefox extension in IE or Opera. Different engines wont use them correctly. Plus Google wouldnt make anything from them. They will get more "Gears" and have them be more closely tied into the browser before you see a Firefox extension supported.

| Wow, trying it out now by posting on Tech Forums with it... ... things seem to be noticeably faster than Firefox... or am I just imagining it? I could never betray Firefox... could I? Not without bringing my add-ons with me. This sure seems nice though! If this isn't the opinion thread... please hate me forever for my ignorance.
