Default Chrome Gone weird

Ran CCleaner yesterday, and it made my Google Chrome stop working properly :/

Flash won't work, and othre websites (such as this one and facebook) work, but very poorly

I've uninstalled/reinstalled both Crome and Flash several times each. But no luck

I've also done the whole Google thoing, so no point pointing me there

Any help is muchas appreciated, 'cos i actually much prefer Chrome to the other browsers atm

Have you removed the Chrome Personal folders after uninstalling it?
