Default blasted Firefox!!

I tell you what FF is really starting to get under my nerves. Using up 650MB of Resources??!!??

Now it is up to 750MB. They really need to get this memory leak under control. It is insane that it is using up that much resources with just 4 tabs open.

Lol that's ridiculous. Doesn't seem to be happening here though, are you using a beta build or something?

Apparently it still uses the same amount of memory, just a smaller amount of RAM.

I've got four open, using 132MB. You must be on some intensive sites, mate. Or have an extension that gone whacko.

That makes no sense? Unless you mean it still uses the page file the same amount.

You seen my extensions. All in one sidebar is disabled along with a few others. I am only on T-F, M$ Answers, Bing and M$ Search. Bing doesnt have a background image displayed, M$ Search is really light weight. So that would mean either T-F or answers.

Yet in IE combined with the same tabs it uses less than 100MB for the same 4 tabs.

It caches it to the HDD rather than to RAM.
