I use the All-in-One Sidebar and have several buttons placed on it, such as New Tab, Bookmarks, Downloads, CookieCuller, Extensions, Wikipedia, Add Bookmark, Organize Bookmarks, Firebug, and Search.

Here's what my FF looks like:

My bookmark toolbar has a couple of different bookmarks on it now, and the buttons after Refresh are now FEBE (Firefox Extension Backup Extension), Translate, and Options. I now have a Paste and Go button and a Customize Toolbar button between the address box and the Search box. Oh, and the shot has the sidebar open to my extensions... normally it is closed to only the strip with the buttons.
