u know how everything in some sections everything is unstickied.... can u put them at top like u do for the annoucements and such at the top so ppl can actually see them and won't clutter?

Yeah, I can do that, but it would defeat the purpose. I made the Tutorial stickies so there wouldn't be a boatload of stuff to scroll past to get to the threads. Adding more to the Announcements would be putting it back.
