Where can I get a cheap host with EVERYTHING, incling IMAP e-mail service?

Well, the thread name says it all. I am looking for a webhost that offers EVERYTHING from PHP, CGI, to MySQL, and ESPECIALLY AN IMAP E-Mail service. I know that POP3 is good, but IMAP is just what I need. Thanks.
