nope i don't think there is one, not many people would go out of there way to design and code a powerful control panel for working with a site and then give it away free, things like that require a high level of configuration and data management, you might as well work on your site the old fashion way.

WebMin is the only free control panel for Windows that I'm aware of.

webmin is such a pain to install.


i might just get linux lamp server. dam... i hate GUI interface.

i can get it installed. but most of the functions in the cp dont work on xp

i already got webmin running on xubuntu

Yeah, I had the same experience with WebMin + XP. That's the only one I can specifically remember though. It says it supports Windows but must features don't work well (if at all) with Windows. There was one other one but I can't remember the name. Try searching sourceforge.
