Default webcasting...

Hey Im planning on starting a video webcast, I was wondering what the best bitrate would be for video, like have it look at least semi smooth, with no jerkyness.
This is what im looking at, I was thinking of having 80 kbps is that not enough is that more than I need or is that fine?

Bitrate (Quality) Per Listener Monthly (USD)
24 kbps $0.50
32 kbps $0.80
48 kbps $1.00
56 kbps $1.25
64 kbps $1.50
80 kbps $2.00
96 kbps $2.50
112 kbps $2.75
128 kbps $3.00

a while back, they had pricing that was "pay as you go".
I'm not sure what is the minimum you need, but they can help

good luck
