Default Viewing uploads

Well, we all have that upload usage from our ISP, sometimes it's bigger than other times.

I was wondering if there was a program or just a way, that you can view what programs are uploading; and what it is that they are uploading.

Yesterday I uploaded 350mb :|
I don't have a clue where that came from, but of course my ISP wouldn't lie to me -_-"

How much did you download? When you download something, you upload a reply back to the servers.

I had downloaded 706.82mb.
I don't use torrent clients or any p2p for the matter.

The only programs I really have open are iTunes and WLM (Windows Live Messenger).

I get capped 2gb+ early usually and that generally just annoys me.
