Why don't you buy the template?

Anyway, for a professional look, you should get one designed or design one yourself.

Thats not for you to say. If the guy wanted a professional template, he might be capable of making one if not he would buy one.

Anyways, first things first, you need to convert the image into smaller images. You can use the 'slice' tool in most programs. Once you have your smaller images, use HTML to display the images how you wish to.

Hope that helps.

decrypted, as stated above you need to slice the images into smaller ones that you can arrange in your web template.

You can does this through many programs. I tend to use Photoshop or Fireworks, then compile my sliced images into Dreamweaver so I get the look I want.

If you need more help do a search on slicing images on google or re-post
