Agree, you may use search button at WHT to get mote info about them, I also suggest comparing their shared deals with HostWW.net and HostDime.com shared deals, they offer application hosting services and reseller deals.

You should read MarbleHost.com Terms to find the answer this question but it seems to me their clients are 100% owners of this domain.
