Why not take a look yourself

reseller hosting, Cpanel and WHM

Have a look at A2hosting.com. They are not so cheap, but really good.

I believe that you have 2 options available at this time: VPS server of reseller web hosting account. As far as I understand you do not want worry about support related issues. In this case I agree - you need to have reseller account. And it would be the best option for you. I recommend you have a look at Utropicmedia.net reseller options: Reseller Hosting Plans - Utropicmedia Network Solutions
They are old players on the market and I believe they know how to do the best for you and your customers web sites.
Vps option is more independence but more troubleful at the same time. But you wilol have root access, and dedicated RAM and CPU. But as rule rates for such kingв web hosting are little bit higher.

Too cheap for a reseller plan, any support on ahosting.biz plans?
As for Utropicmedia.com, are they a new company?

Surely Ahosting.biz provides in-house support. Their prices on reseller plan are rather low. Are there any discounts on their services?
