Hostmonster has been working great for me. Unlimited domains for only $6.95 and very good support. Worth a look. www.hostmonster.com

I don't know if they accept paypal, but 1and1.com is one of the largest if not the largest and cheapest hosting sites out there.

(Ghost Post! I won't feel bad about it.) Wait wait wait, I REALLY don't recommend 1&1. They do have some of the lowest prices but their service is REALLY bad, they refused to move my domain, and my site was down for 3 days one time.
iWebfusion works, though...

forget paying for it.
Take a look at this website, its well worth a look:
Free 10GB space, PHP, MySQL, Ad free hosting at it's best ! - 10GBfreewebhost.com
its pretty much free with advertising, or i think they have just put in 1 discrete advertisment (or so i hear from an update email)
so take a look.
Could be pretty good.

I would suggest looking up to hqhost.net - there are several attractive plans for shared hosting. Moreover this company looks like being quite reputable on the net...

I would like to add to your list such companies which at my opinion has been doing great web hosting and have own pluses:
Exmasters.com (Virtual Hosting) Powerful hardware + adult is allowed
Santrex.net (web hosting, cpanel hosting, whm hosting, cheap hosting, webhost at Santrex) Extra low prices and high quality service + 2 different DC to chose from (EU and USA) + adult is allowed.
Hostgator.com (Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and Dedicated Website Hosting w/ cPanel - HostGator) - the biggest have 1000s of happy customers adult is not allowed
I hope you will get the one nice for you from that list

Since The topic is still open, I shall post some suggestion, despite the original question obviously has alredy been answered, this may be useful for someone else:

The sibername.com being a domain registrar also provides hosting packages (both Linux and Windows), reseller accounts, for attractive pricing.

Judging from existing information on the net, this company is pretty old and stable.
