| I ma in the process of changing host from webfusion to a different host. Webfusion were happy to respnd within an hour when i had a problem publishing my site. However when i want to cancel my account they don't want to know. I sent my first e-mail canceling my account 4 days ago...no response. I have repeatedly sent e-mails after that and no response from them either. I feel like phoning them up and giving them ****! Suggestions for what i could say would be helpfull Rat |

| tell them, you had previously mailed for cancellation, but later on decided not to, and on no reply, I now come to know that your support is very sluggish, so I will definately cancel my account with you. no matter what happens. ![]()
