Is it possible to change my IP address through my router...or someway that doesnt involve calling my ISP?

need more info. like what kind of LAN you run, if a lan at all. go to command prompt and type ipconfig /all .

printscreen that, and post it so we have some idea . if it's windows, ip can be changed either command prompt or in network connections - properties of any connection - tcp ip properties .

If you want to change your IP, use proxies... Google some high anonymity proxies and set them in your favorite Browser.
