You need an http server that will support Front Page extensions, and a domain name. If you have a static ip, you can go to one of any number of sites to register a name. It usually costs money, I think the average might be arount $10 (US) a year. If you have a dynamic ip, like most of us, then you will need to register your domain with a service that allows your computer to upload any changes in it's ip to thier servers (try dyndns.org, they allow this sort of thing and it's free, but you get a subdomain). In order for that to work, a compatible client program needs to be running on your computer. And if you only want to do a simple site, make Front Page save the pages as html documents; you have many more choices for servers if you do. Better yet, learn basic html coding, it's actually very easy.
