Want to start a website for my wife, she is looking to start a small business. Would like any recommendations for good free website services where I can build the website and easily update it. I wouldn't mind learning some HTML also.

Your best bet is going to be use Bing or Google. As there are many that will do it but they all have either restriction on how much bandwidth they offer or if you must have ads on the site.

So you will have to find the one that fits your needs to what it offers and how much bandwidth you can use.

but changed to 000webhost.com for better features.
